HANDS ACROSS THE STREET (HAS).

HAS is the umbrella non-profit organization that secures funding and provides oversight to the outreach ministries of Columbia Presbyterian. 

HAS also provides resources and support to other community programs, such as the Columbia Day Shelter, and the newly formed Summer Food Service Program in Columbia.

HAS is comprised of a Board of Directors.
